📄 Add documents to even more cards
Want to add a document within "Product Security" card? Or "Data Privacy"? What about "App Security"? Well now you can! Simply edit the card, and include any relevant documents. Previously, documents could only be added to a few cards - now the world is your oyster. Add away to best showcase your security posture.
✨📑 Select featured documents - made easier
Within the "Documents" card you can feature specific documents. These will show up first in order, with a little colored backdrop. Example here:
Now - with an improved interface for selecting these documents - showcasing is even easier. Within "Trust Center Editor" tab > scroll down to "Documents" card > select three dot icon at top right > select "Pick Featured Documents". From there, select the few documents you want to spotlight. Ta da!

→ Knowledge Base (KB) refresh - the "Knowledge Base" tab has had a glam up! Cleaner ✓. Easier to use ✓. More informative ✓. Streamlined to make maintaining a piece of cake ✓.
KB entries are now displayed in a simple to use table, with added functionality to filter (by type, subtype, source, time, product, etc.), and additional detail in the snapshot view. Navigate over the "Knowledge Base" tab to check it out and easily get all your questions answered.
→ Accounts table refresh - similarly to KB above, the "Accounts" tab is also looking fresh and clean. Happy account tracking and monitoring.
→ Ability to upload .txt files - now you can upload .txt documents, for example a CAIQ which are generally .txt files.
→ Customize landing page when company logo is clicked - admins can now identify a specific page (homepage or another landing page) when people click on company logo. To customize this page - within "Trust Center Editor" tab > select gear at top right of page > add URL to "link" section under "Brand". Now, when a customer or prospect is on your Trust Center and clicks your logo - it will route to this page.
→ RTO / RPO option for minutes - now you can display Response Time Objective (RTO) and Response Point Objective (RPO) in minutes, instead of just hours or days. Proudly showcase those low RTO / RPO times.

→ Improved Knowledge Base (KB) search via Slackbot - easier than ever to search for KB answers directly in slack. Simply type in the command and your question, and get top-matched answers back.
→ Salesforce webhooks integration - events triggered in Salesforce (such as NDA signed) will automatically generate account updates to SafeBase. This means real time, instead of relying on periodic syncs.
→ Bulk KB actions - soon you will be able to do bulk actions in your Knowledge Base (KB), such as: delete, change access level, etc.

Trust Alliance - Community Forum Launch 🎉
We have officially launched our Community Forum, a space for our customers to come together to discuss the SafeBase product, best practices, and what’s top of mind in the cybersecurity industry.
To get started, login to alliance.safebase.io and create a profile. Then, check out the conversations happening in the Forum and add your two cents (like this one on AI or this one on having an ARR threshold for questionnaires!). From there, you can start your own discussions, ask questions, learn about the latest product updates from SafeBase, see upcoming events, and more.
